Asset Holding, Managing & Staging Services
- Asset Storage: Accept and store new or used / redeployed assets.
- Asset Processing: Log, inspect, tag, and integrate assets into the NMC provided ITAM system (fully synchronized with your ITAM system). Report on / address damages and repair.
- Previously Deployed (“Used”) Assets: Secure storage, certified data wiping, evaluation for reuse, donation, resale, or destruction and rebuild.
- Inventory Management: Real-time tracking and asset status and location reported on customer dashboard
Asset Staging and Configuration Services
- Online Asset Portal: Create and view status of all asset requests via either the NMC online portal or within your own ITSM ticketing system.
- Customization: Align refurbished or new assets with user profiles and specific client requirements to ensure they’re ready for immediate use.
- Configuration: Configure assets based on your IT policies and operating procedures, including zero-touch, enroll-only, or shipping as-is options.
- Testing: Perform comprehensive testing to meet all your configuration requirements before securely packaging assets for shipment.
Send and Install at Location
- Shipping: Ship assets directly to the desired location: company office, warehouse or residential address.
- Installation and Validation: NMC field resources technicians receive, install and validate assets to ensure proper user operation and functionality.
- Asset Removal: For replacements or decommissioning our, field services technicians will remove the old device and ship it to a staging facility for secure processing.
